"Balalaika of the XXI century: the winners are playing"

«Balalaika of the XXI century: the winners are playing» - is a musical album where the First prime winners of the I All-Russian competition of young balalaika performers «Balalaika of the XXI century» play.  

In the process of a creating an album we followed several objectives for the young musicians:

1. Introducing a professional audio recording process;
2. To capture their performer’s level.

The program of the album is chosen the way listeners could listen to the different music from original balalaika composers Vasily Andreev, Iosif Tamarin, Michael Zeiger, Yuri Shishakov, Konstantin Myaskov to the arrangements of a classical music by Domenico Chimarosa, Niccolo Paganini, Antonin Dvorak.  

In a recording took part:

2.       Viktor Volynets  - balalaika (teach. Alexander Nikolaychuk),

          Afet Gadgzieva – piano;

3.       Anna Batova - balalaika (teach. Yuri Strzhelinsky),

4.       Maxim Samsonov – balalaika (teach. Konstantin Zakharato),

          Anastasia Davydova   – piano;

5.       Kirill Yakovlev - balalaika (teach. Aleksey Vrodlivets),

          Svyatoslav Lips – piano.
